1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller for any personal data processed in connection with this website is:

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer and have not appointed one. Privacy enquiries are handled by the responsible editor, Anthony Martinez, at the address above.

2. What we do not do

Because this is the part people usually care about, it comes first and it is stated plainly. On this website we do not:

• set any cookie, of any kind, including so-called essential cookies;
• write to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB;
• run any analytics product — there is no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no alternative;
• run any advertising or conversion pixel, including the Microsoft Advertising UET tag and the Meta pixel;
• perform device or browser fingerprinting, or any equivalent identification technique;
• load fonts, scripts, stylesheets, images, maps, videos or embeds from any third-party domain — every asset is served from zlatenis.online itself;
• operate a contact form, a newsletter sign-up or any other data-collection field;
• build profiles, or take any automated decision about you, including profiling.

Because nothing non-essential is stored on or read from your device, there is no consent to collect under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, and no consent banner is shown. Our cookie policy explains how to verify this yourself in a couple of minutes.

3. Server logs

Like any web server, the machine that serves these pages writes a technical access log. A log line contains the IP address of the request, the time, the page requested, the HTTP status code, the number of bytes sent, and the user-agent string your browser supplies.

4. Email you send us

If you write to info@zlatenis.online we necessarily receive your email address, your message and whatever else you choose to include. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a request you have made, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless we are required to keep it longer.

We never add an address that wrote to us to any mailing list, and we never pass it to an advertiser, an affiliate network or any other third party.

5. What happens when you follow a partner link

This needs stating clearly, because it is the one moment where data leaves our control.

A partner link points first to a short redirect page on this domain and then to the advertiser or its affiliate network. Once you leave zlatenis.online, this policy stops applying and the destination site’s own privacy policy takes over. That site is very likely to set cookies and to run tracking that we do not and cannot control.

Two specific points about the hand-off:

• If our page URL already contains campaign parameters (for example utm_source, gclid or msclkid, added by the advertising platform that sent you here), a small script copies those parameters onto the outgoing link so the click can be attributed. That happens entirely in the address bar. Nothing is stored on your device and no request is sent by us.
• Outgoing links carry referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin", so the destination receives the origin https://zlatenis.online but not the full path of the page you were reading.

You are never obliged to follow a partner link. Every article is complete without it.

6. Special categories, children, automated decisions

We do not process special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process children’s data. We take no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

7. International transfers

Server logs are held on infrastructure in the European Union. Email is processed by a provider within the EU. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the transfer begins and the safeguard relied on will be named here.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what happened before.

To exercise any of these, write to info@zlatenis.online or to the postal address in our legal notice. We answer within one month, as Article 12(3) requires. In practice we hold almost nothing about you, so the honest answer to most access requests is a short one.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection:

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. The smallest attack surface is the one you do not build: because we collect nothing, there is no visitor database here to lose.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. A change that materially affected what we collect would be announced on the home page as well — though the only change we anticipate making is to keep confirming that the answer is nothing.
